Capel Curig Climbing Tower
Our Imprint climbing panels provide a durable and robust climbing wall surface perfectly suited for outdoor locations. The Military Training Camp at Capel Curig, required a climbing tower which met their training requirements whilst providing a climbing wall suitable for all abilities. A freestanding boulder was also supplied which provided a separate area for warming up, traversing and instructing traditional climbing protection placement at ground level. Our Imprint tower can be designed to incorporate additional elements such as zip wires, fan drop descenders and other ropes course features.

Bendrigg Trust Climbing Wall
Entre-Prises are proud to have been involved with a high profile installation of a climbing wall facility at the Bendrigg Trust near Kendal in the Lake District. The centre was established in 1978 to specialise in courses and activities for disabled and disadvantaged young people. Malthouse Stables
Entre-Prises are often asked to renovate and upgrade old or ageing climbing walls, often in unusual, traditional buildings. We replaced this outdoor centres ‘home built’ climbing wall with a combination of our climbing panel systems, to create an interesting and varied facility – one that would conform to the new European standard for climbing walls. Cristalithe, Freeform and Imprint were combined to allow a variety of climbing techniques to be practised. Where these climbing panels joined - grooves, corners and arêtes were created. The climbing will appeal to the many school and youth groups, who use the centre.

Thurstable School
Our recent climbing wall at Thurstable School was designed and built so as not to intrude significantly into the existing court space. Considerations were given to the shape and positioning of the overhangs and the corners of the facility were tapered to provide less aggressive edges to the wall. Articulated matting was fitted with the wall. This restricts access to the facility when un-supervised – provides a smooth rebound surface - provides an element of support to climbers who may have been lowered too quickly
