A full report and certification is provided upon completion of the maintenance inspection that details appropriate findings and recommendations. A routine visual inspection by the user to spot any potential risks due to vandalism or weather conditions. An in-depth inspection by a competent person as advised by Entre-Prises personnel to verify the stability of the equipment and locate and reduce signs of wall deterioration. An annual inspection undertaken by Entre-Prises personnel conforming to the manufacture’s instructions with verification of the global stability of the equipment, the foundation and flooring, eventual repair work that had been done and any equipment that had been added or replaced during the year. Special case: articulating parts on an artificial climbing wall require a more in-depth verification and more often. This text, according to the Standards, is not equivocal: in cases of accidents, the absence of an annual inspection systematically puts the blame on the climbing wall manager for not having maintained the wall as required.
